Viral Loops is not designed for teams yet. However, once you create an account with Viral Loops, you become the owner of the specific account and the only person who can access it. If you wish to allow more people to have access to your account, you can share your credentials with them.
If you're on a paid subscription plan, when the Participant count of your account exceeds the limit, your subscription will automatically be upgraded to the next tier.
The cancel option will completely cancel your subscription at the end of your billing cycle. However, the Pause option is actually a downgraded plan, that allows you to have access to the dashboard of all your campaigns and your participants' data. Depending on the plan you are using, the Pause option has a different monthly fee.
Viral Loops is under no obligation to provide any refunds, credit or prorated billing for subscriptions that are paused or cancelled within the new billing cycle. They may consider special requests if you get in touch with them directly.
